Prittam is responsible for managing execution and operations within the OATS.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (USA) with over 30 years of work experience. He has worked in India and USA, in a wide range of industries including poultry, manufacturing, jewellery, media and entertainment. He has led various accounting process migration projects within OATS.

Shreyans Chhallani
Shreyans heads OATS Akurdi office and is managing a large team. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting outsourcing and tax compliance.
He takes care of various Indian and overseas customers of OATS from sectors such as IT, ITES, real estate, hospitality, chemical manufacturing, etc. He is proficient in financial accounting, financial management, financial reporting, management information system, tax compliances, payroll. He has a growth mindset and is committed to execution. He is excellent in managing a team to achieve on-time deliverables with accuracy.
Kedar Kulkarni
Kedar manages a large accounts outsourcing team within OATS. He is a graduate of Pune University and has extensive experience in finance and accounts for more than 20 years.
He looks after financial reporting, forecasting, reporting in Hyperion, tax compliance and audit co-ordination with Big-4 audit firms. Kedar has worked in Thermax Limited and Honeywell Automation in the past.
Prakash Waghmare
As an excellent strategic leader, Prakash has a successful track record of over 14 years in payroll administration functions, including discrepancy research, adherence to statutory and regulatory guidelines, and complex processing across the diverse industries. Prakash has a master’s degree in commerce from Pune University.
Priti Nagarkar
Priti has a master’s degree in management from Pune University with specialization in Finance. She has more than 15 years of experience in finalization of accounts, taxation, MIS designing & reporting and audit compliance.
She has assisted clients in formulating and implementing the accounting policies and procedures.She has assisted clients in smooth transition from in-house F&A functions to outsourcing. She is associated with OATS for more than 10 years handling international as well as domestic customers.
Rohan Nagarkar
Rohan manages a large F&A outsourcing execution team within OATS. He has secured Masters in Management & Commerce from Pune University. Rohan has over 15 years of experience in handling corporate affairs and teams for international as well as Indian clients. He also has wide exposure in direct & indirect taxes.
