Job description

1. Managing a team of 2-3 people
2. Managing accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable ,and project accounting; ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Managing monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end transactions; Preparing financial
statements and other reporting.
4. Ensuring timely statutory compliances including direct tax compliances, indirect tax compliances, payroll
related compliances, etc.
5. Preparing and analysing various reports like AP/AR ageing, budget vs actuals and analysing the reasons for
the variances.
6. Preparing schedules required for statutory audit.
7. Understanding the trainings needs of the team and arranging training for the team.
8. Coordination with various stakeholders for timely query resolution.
9. Setting up procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company
guidelines.
10. SAP experience is preferred

Qualification-:
● CA (Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA) , CMA (Cost & Management Accountant),
MBA-Finance, M.com.
● Experience in managing compliances of Direct Tax & knowledge on Indirect Tax
● Good knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax
● Good communication & presentation skills
